1. Scope

These Terms govern all sales of antilineo® products made through https://www.antilineo.it/ to consumers and, where applicable, business customers. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Products, craft & lead times

antilineo® creates premium design objects. Many items (e.g., Archisnap vases) are made to order, individually numbered and hand-finished. Natural variations in finish, color, micro-marks or patina are inherent to the craft and not defects.
Standard production lead time for vases: approx. 5 weeks from order confirmation. Lead times for other items are indicated on the product page or during checkout.

3. Prices, taxes & currency

Prices are shown in EUR and, for EU destinations, VAT-inclusive. For deliveries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT; any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are payable by the recipient (Incoterms DAP). The price confirmed at checkout applies.

4. Orders & contract

Placing items in the cart is not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailability). You will receive order and shipping confirmations by email.

5. Payment

Accepted methods: Stripe card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), Apple Pay / Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, and Klarna (where available; subject to Klarna’s terms).
Payment is captured immediately upon order confirmation. Sensitive card data is processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Invoice on request: provide billing details at checkout or via support.

6. Shipping & delivery

  • Carrier: primarily DHL Express; we ship worldwide from Italy.

  • Charges: shown at checkout and based on destination zone and chargeable weight (the greater of actual vs. volumetric). The volumetric divisor is 5,000 cm³/kg. Prices shown by DHL exclude VAT, fuel surcharge, customs and optional services; such items may be added by DHL and/or the store when applicable.

  • Time-definite options: on request, DHL can attempt delivery by 09:00 (+€35), 10:30 (+€15) or 12:00 (+€11) where available; surcharges are additional to transport costs.

  • Tracking: you will receive a tracking link after dispatch. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier network.

  • Inspection on delivery: please check parcels upon receipt; if damaged or missing, notify the courier and antilineo® within 48 hours so that we can open a claim and assist you.

  • Limits & notes: DHL reserves the right to update tariffs with notice; optional services/surcharges may change; DHL applies weight/size limits and packaging standards.

Tip: the store’s shipping calculator may round or include packaging weight to ensure correct chargeable weight.

7. Made-to-order — cancellations & returns

Many antilineo® pieces are made-to-order and produced specifically for each client. Under EU rules (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Accordingly:

  • Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns are not accepted for made-to-order/personalised items, unless the item is non-conforming or defective on arrival.
    If you experience any issue, contact info@antilineo.it — we will work with you in good faith to resolve it (repair, replacement, or refund if repair/replacement is impossible).

8. Warranty (legal conformity)

EU consumers benefit from a legal conformity guarantee (typically 24 months) for manufacturing defects existing at delivery. Our products are primarily aesthetic design pieces in stainless steel; the warranty does not cover normal artisanal variations, patina, marks consistent with hand finishing, misuse, accidents, or improper care. To file a claim, email photos and your order number to info@antilineo.it.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where not mandatory by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Governing law, disputes & ODR

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive venue is the Courts of Brescia (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
