Privacy Policy

1) What data we collect

  • Order & account data: identification, contact details, delivery/billing addresses, order contents, notes.

  • Payment data: payment status/tokens from providers (we do not store full card numbers).

  • Shipping data: recipient details and phone/email for delivery notifications.

  • Support & forms: messages you send (e.g., “Request Access”), consents and preferences.

  • Usage data & cookies: device, browser, pages visited, and cookies (see Cookies).

2) Purposes & legal bases

  • Process and deliver orders (contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Invoicing, accounting, tax compliance (legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Customer service & communications (contract / legitimate interest).

  • Fraud prevention & site security (legitimate interest).

  • Marketing (only with consent, e.g., newsletter or non-essential cookies).

  • Analytics & performance (consent via the cookie banner).

  • Legal claims & compliance (legitimate interest / legal obligation).

3) Recipients (processors / independent controllers)

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Aruba S.p.A. (EU).

  • E-commerce platform: WooCommerce (self-hosted WordPress).

  • Payments: Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, and our bank (independent controllers for payment processing).

  • Shipping & fulfilment: DHL and logistics partners.

  • Forms & site protection: WPForms; Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam).

  • Email & communications: our email provider(s).
    We sign data-processing agreements where required.

4) International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g., U.S.). When this occurs, we rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and apply additional safeguards where appropriate.

5) Retention

  • Orders, invoices & contract data: up to 10 years (statutory).

  • Customer support: up to 24 months after closure.

  • Marketing data: until withdrawal of consent or inactivity.

  • Security & logs: typically 6–12 months.
    We may keep data longer where necessary for legal claims.

6) Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing; object to certain processing; and port your data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

7) Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g., security, cart/checkout, Stripe antifraud, reCAPTCHA) are required to operate the site and do not require consent.
All non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics and advertising) are used only with your consent collected through our cookie banner.

We use TLS encryption and industry-standard safeguards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe/Klarna/PayPal; we do not store full card details.
