Free shipping in Italy
Free shipping in Italy on orders over €100. For orders under €100 and for all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Order processing & production
We process orders within 2 business days. Our pieces are crafted on a just-in-time basis to reduce inventory and waste — individually numbered and hand-finished before dispatch.

Estimated dispatch window
Dispatch times vary by product and finish. As a guideline, most orders leave our studio within 2–6 weeks from confirmation. This estimate covers production time; carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.

Delivery & tracking
All shipments are dispatched with tracked delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio. For deliveries outside Italy, any local duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
Due to the made-to-order, numbered, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
